General Terms and Conditions, NINKASI Beer Spa, ID No: 887 85 301, L.B. Schneidera 568/1, 370 01 Ceske Budejovice

  1. Introduction to General Terms and Conditions NINKASI Beer Spa, located at L.B. Schneidera 568/1, 370 01 Ceske Budejovice, ID No: 887 85 301 (hereinafter referred to as “the Spa”), issues these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) for the provision of services – beer, wine, floral, Cleopatra, and hydromassage baths (hereinafter referred to as “services”) to clients, outlining and defining their rights and obligations.

  2. Service Booking Clients can book services at the Spa in person at the reception, by phone at + 420 606 953 066, electronically via email at ninkasi@pivnilaznecb.cz, or through the booking system at www.pivnilaznecb.cz. The booking must include the client’s name and surname, phone number, specifications of the requested services, and the desired date. The Spa’s opening hours are: Monday and Wednesday 11:30 – 18:00, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 11:30 – 19:30, Saturday 10:00 – 16:00, Sunday closed. By sending a booking, the client confirms that they have read these GTC and agree with them.

  3. Rights and Obligations of the Spa and Clients

  • Client’s basic rights: the right to the provision of services in the scope and quality as confirmed by the Spa, the right to information on all facts known to the Spa that relate to the ordered services, the right to personal data protection.
  • Client’s basic obligations: to arrive on time for the services and present proof of payment (unless otherwise agreed), to follow the scheduled program and regulations, legal guardian supervision for individuals under 15 years of age, to pay for the ordered services in full before their provision, to behave in a manner that does not cause damage to the Spa’s property and to compensate for any damage caused.
  • Obligations of the Spa: to ensure the provision of services specified in the order to the individuals listed in the order in accordance with these GTC, to provide services on the date, in the scope, and quality as confirmed in the order, to truthfully and properly inform the client about all facts concerning the agreed services.
  1. Payment Conditions Prices are listed in the Spa’s price list. Payment for ordered services is 100% of the price of the ordered services.
  • Payment method: cash or card at the Spa reception – cash register receipt, bank transfer – invoice (option to purchase gift vouchers)
  1. Gift Voucher Usage Conditions The voucher is valid for 6 months from the issue date (not applicable to organized events). After this period, the voucher expires. Book the procedure at least a month in advance, mentioning the voucher number when booking. Without the voucher number, the reservation will be held for 2 days; if the voucher number is not reported within this period, the reservation will expire. The validity of the gift voucher can be extended by 3 months for a flat fee of 10 € upon agreement with the Spa’s reception. However, the extension must be arranged by phone or email no later than the last day of the voucher’s validity. The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

  2. Cancellation Policy Clients have the right to cancel the service, i.e., withdraw from the confirmed order. This cancellation must be properly excused by phone. Cancellations on the day of reservation incur a 100% charge of the ordered services. In some cases, the Spa may waive the cancellation fees (e.g., proof of illness, other serious proven reasons).

  3. Expiry of Gift Voucher Validity The validity of the gift voucher can be extended by 3 months for a flat fee of 10 € upon agreement with the Spa’s reception. However, the extension must be arranged by phone or email no later than the last day of the voucher’s validity. The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

  4. Complaints If the scope or quality of the services provided by the Spa is provably lower than agreed in the confirmed order, the client has the right to file a complaint. The client is required to submit  their claims and deficiencies without unnecessary delay so they can be immediately addressed. If these deficiencies cannot be rectified,

  5. the Spa will draft a written complaint with the client.

  6. Final Provisions The Spa reserves the right to modify and supplement these GTC. Should such changes occur, the new GTC will be published on the Spa’s website – www.pivnilaznecb.cz
